The BSDF advanced hammer mill combines coarse crushing, middle fine milling, and fine milling in a single integrated system. This three-stage grinding process ensures superior powder quality with minimal heat generation, making it ideal for heat-sensitive food materials.

Materials enter through the top feeding hole and are drawn into the coarse crushing area by fan-generated negative pressure. After coarse crushing, particles move to the secondary crushing area for further refinement. A classifying wheel separates coarse and fine particles, with oversized granules returning for additional grinding. Fine powder is discharged through the cyclone separator and electric rotary valve, while dust is collected in the pulse dust collection system.
