Automatic Icing Powdered Sugar Grinder & Flour Pulverizer
This industrial-grade automatic icing sugar powder making machine processes materials into ultra-fine powder ranging from 100 to 300 mesh. The BSP ultra-fine pulverizer system includes crusher components, cyclone separator, dust collection box, blower unit, and electrical control cabinet.

The machine efficiently grinds various materials including sugar, spices, and grains into fine powder with adjustable output sizes:

Working Principle
Raw materials are fed into the mill chamber via screw feeder, where high-speed cutters and eddy currents from high-frequency vibration perform cutting and shearing. Negative pressure directs crushed powder to the classification wheel, where centrifugal force separates oversized particles for re-crushing while qualified powder proceeds through discharge pipes.
