BSG Self-Absorb Grinding Set - Industrial Powder Grinder
The BSG self-absorb grinding set is a multifunctional powder grinder capable of producing powders from 10 to 120 mesh. This versatile machine serves multiple industries including pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing, handling materials such as sugar, salt, spices, grains, and legumes.
Working Principle
This comprehensive system consists of a crusher, cyclone separator, pulse dust evacuator box, and blower fan. Material is crushed through the relative motion between flexible and fixed fluted discs, utilizing impact and friction. The crushed material flows into the cyclone separator via blower gravitation and centrifugal force, then discharges through the gate blower. Dust is filtered and recycled through the pulse dust evacuator system.
