The BSG self-absorb grinding set is engineered for high-efficiency processing of dried cassava chips, yam, plantain, grains, and various hard brittle materials. Manufactured from premium 304 stainless steel and equipped with national standard motors, this industrial grinder delivers reliable performance for chemical materials, Chinese herbal medicine, and oil-free grains.
Working Principle & Operation
This comprehensive grinding system consists of mill, cyclone separator, dust boxes, and pulse fans. The grinding mechanism utilizes the relative motion between active and fixed gear chainring plates to crush materials through impact and friction. Crushed materials are separated via rotating centrifugal force and gravity, then discharged through the cyclone separator while dust is filtered and recycled through pulse dust boxes with filter cartridges.
