Our BS series high-speed hammer mill is engineered for pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing applications. This versatile pulverizer utilizes movable and fixed teeth plates in high-speed relative motion to efficiently crush materials through impact, friction, and mutual collision.
The machine consists of three main components: frame, crushing chamber, and feeding system. A movable cutter head on the main shaft operates with a fixed ring gear in the grinding chamber, equipped with a filter screen below. During high-speed operation, materials undergo comprehensive crushing through impact, friction, and cutting actions between the fixed gear ring and moving hammer, resulting in uniform powder production.
