This high-speed hammer mill is engineered for efficient grinding of herbal materials, chemical raw materials, and various hard, brittle substances. With capacities ranging from 3 to 300 kg per hour and grinding fineness from 10 to 120 mesh, it delivers consistent performance for industrial applications.

The grinding system features a movable blade on the spindle and a fixed gear ring within the grinding chamber. A screen is positioned below the ring gear. During high-speed operation, the movable cutter head rotates, subjecting materials to impact, friction, and cutting forces from both the fixed tooth ring and movable hammer. This multi-action process efficiently reduces materials to fine powder, which is discharged directly from the mill chamber.
