Huitong Pile Hammers have been developed to give you a highly effective piling rig based around a standard, readily available excavator.
The equipment has been specifically designed to be able to lift the pile vertical - the compact, reliable and robust model grips piles tightly with its powerful jaw in minimal height to maximise the pile length.
Down-crowd force applied by the excavator boom, coupled with the self-weight of the pile and the vibrator, provides sufficient force to push the pile into the ground. Naturally, the process also works in reverse for pile extraction.The type of piles that could be working with our Pile Hammer includes: precast concrete pile, cast-in-place concrete pile, concrete expanded bore pile, lime pile, stone column. Beside, it's widely used in cofferdam, trestle work, offshore working platform, and also wind mill single pile or group pile.
