Description:

• Mobile scissor table is a professional equipment for aerial work. It is scissor mechanical structure. This lifting work platform make light load capacity(300kg-500kg) ,It is wide rang application in the workshop,warehouse, enterprise, hotel.It is suitable for 1-2 persons working on the platfrom at the same time.

Main Features:

• 1. Reinforced chassis design and scissor arm to reduce the platform swing when working.
• 2. Anti-explosion valve between the cylinder and oil tube to prevent the mobile scissor lift drop down at moment when it lifting working but in problems.
• 3. One controller on the lift table platform is easy to help worker operate the scissor lift lifting up and come down.
• 4. Full barrier around the platform to protect the worker safety when they work on the platform.
• 5. Emergency lowering valve help to solve if the machine have problems when it work on the lifting height .
• 6. Nomal Power is 380V 50HZ AC, but option extra DC battery can sovle the aerial work platform outside if no enough power cable  or not conveniently to connect AC power.

Configurations:

• Electric system: Schneider contactor, CHINT electrical components
• Hydraulic System: Hycman brand power pack ,KS brand (Made In China) or imported brand as requirements
• Scissor Arm Support: Hi-strength Manganese steel or rectangle tube Q345 B
• Platform Surface : Antiskid checkered plate steel sheet.
• Fence at three sides of the top platform but reserve one door for worker in and out. This door can design inter-locking to protect user safety.
• High-pressure oil hose: steel wire mesh between in double hydraulic rubber hose , ensure the oil hose have safety anti-pressure ability.

Optional Configuration:

• Hydraulic Power Pack: China power pack or imported power pack as your requirements
• Interlocking device to protect worker safety on the platform.
• Power: AC 380V 50HZ. AC 415V 50HZ. or extra battery to optional
