ZYMC-700S PLANETARY MIXER
The planetary centrifugal mixer is designed for mixing and deaerating various kinds of liquid, slurry, paste, and powder materials. It could be used for mixing and homogenizing nanopowders, nanotubes, ceramics powders, battery powder/slurry, metal powders, and especially high viscosity slurry/paste. The vacuum mixing capability is integrated for best mixing results.

Original defoaming mode is available as standard, it is possible to defoam materials containing organic solvents that are not suitable for vacuum function. The rotation / revolution ratio is optimized, making it easy to optimize the recipe when scaling up from a small machine.
Principle of Operation:
Revolution: the carrier revolves inside the cavity with the speed of 0-2000RPM around the central axis. In effects of the generated centrifugal force, the material inside the carrier moves along the vector direction, pressed down, so the air bubbles are separated.
