Introduction
The planetary centrifugal vacuum mixer is designed for mixing and deaerating various kinds of liquid, slurry, paste, and powder materials. It could be used for mixing and homogenizing nanopowders, nanotubes, ceramics powders, battery powder/slurry, metal powders, and especially high viscosity slurry/paste. The vacuum mixing capability is integrated for best mixing results. The standard package includes containers and counter-weights.
How to use and maintain the ink mixer
1. When using, fix the selected stirring blade and the rotating shaft
2. Loosen the fixed handle on the motor base, lift the motor to adjust the position, adjust the height of the speed shaft and the container, then tighten the motor base and container, put in the material and cover the container cover.
3. Adjust the speed control knob to the zero position, turn on the power switch, and then adjust the speed to the required speed.
4. It is not advisable to drive an empty car when the speed is greater than 4000 rpm.
5. After use, it should be cleaned to maintain the cleanliness of the machine.
