The use of three-roll mill
We need to start adjusting the gap between the middle and rear rollers. Generally, we adjust the gap between them to 03mm. After the section is adjusted, press the stopper plate and add a certain amount of slurry appropriately. During the feeding process, we need to see the depth of coloration of these materials, and then further adjust the back roller. We have to wait for the color to evenly distribute before locking the nut.
