①Always clean the surface of the generator and dust,keep clean and well ventilated.
②Check the fastening conditions of each fastener associated with the generator and tighten the screws in time.
③The tension of transmission belt should be suitable.Too loose,easy to slip and cause insufficient power generation;Too tight to damage belt and generator bearings.
④When installing the battery,do not install the wrong,usually first install the positive pole line, do not install the iron wire,otherwise easy to burn the diode.
⑤When the integrated circuit regulator is used,the ignition switch should be switched off immediately when the engine is not running.
⑥Never allow a "fire" method to test whether to generate electricity.
⑦If the generator fails to generate electricity, it should be eliminated in time,otherwise it will cause more serious failure.
