- Prepare #5 or #6 fastener for corrugator belt
- Position fastener correctly in the machine and secure with steel lock
- Adjust jack to position steel hook horizontally within the 300mm conveyor space
- Stabilize machine with left hand while slowly lifting jack with right hand until hook thickness matches belt
- After repair, apply A & B glue evenly and cover with cloth
