How to use Manual Fastener Clipper Lacer ?

1. Prepare the 5# or 6# fastener used for corrugator belt

2. Pick up one fastener , put on in the correct position in tick machine and use steel lock it

3. Adjust the jack, slowly lift plus bar repeatedly, to adjust the horizontal position of the steel hook, steel hook inactivity can be reached. Then put into the conveyor 300MM steel hook inside, adjust the position.

4. Left hand supporting the steady tick machine, right hand lift the jack plus bar slowly until the steel hook thickness is same as the belt. Remove the corrugator belt, for the next operation.

5. After Steel buckle repair is completed, paint A & B glue in surface evenly , put the cloth cover the buckle and belt.
