Pulping System: Waste paper is pulped in the pulper, with crushed pulp entering the pulp pool through hydraulic and friction action.
Forming System: Uses negative pressure and vacuum adsorption to convert pulp into products. Different molds create various tray types.
Drying System: Wet products are dried on a conveyor belt through a metal oven (180-250°C).
Packing System: Finished products are automatically stacked and packed for transport.
