Hook bridge crane is a general bridge crane which is widely used in the lifting machinery.
QE type hook bridge crane has two trolley as lifting mechanism.The two trolley can work simultaneously or separately.The standard lifting capacity is from 5+5tons to 16+16tons(Could be customized according to your requirements),and its working duty is A5~A6 according to the frequency of usage.
Application:
It is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting work in factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient temperature is -20℃～40℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive gas. Especially,This type crane is suitable for lifting long materials(wood,paper tube,pipe,bar and cartoon jumbo).
Configuration:
QE type double trolley hook bridge crane is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge,two trolleys traveling mechanism, a crane traveling mechanism and an electrical control system. The lifting mechanism is two hooks.
Track is laid on the main beam for the trolleys to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main girder is welded with the box-shaped end girder, and the end girder is arranged with joints, bolts or pin connections for the crane to be disassembled and transported.
The control method has three ways mainly: pendant line button control, wireless remote control and aerial cabin control, generally standard way is cabin control.
There are two types of cabin : open and closed, with adjustable seats, insulating pads on the bottom plate, and tempered glass for window glass. Air conditioners, sounders, walkie-talkies and other items can be configured according to users’ requirements.
