A-type electrical mobile double-girder trussed gantry crane is a general type of gantry crane equipment that is particularly widely used in outdoor. Model A stands for crane viewed from the side, shaped like the letter A, it is often equipped with main and auxiliary hooks, such as 50/10T, 32/5T, etc. The box-shaped double girder welded structure can increase the working space and facilitate transportation and installation and repair cranes.
Advantages & Disadvantages
- The trussed girder crane is a structural form welded by angle steel or I-beam, which has the advantages of low cost, light weight and good wind resistance, and is generally suitable for outdoor use. The self-weight of the lattice girder crane is lighter than that of the box girder.
- Due to the large number of welding points and the defects of the truss itself, the truss girder also has large deflection, low rigidity, and relatively low reliability. It is suitable for venues with low safety requirements and small lifting capacity.

Choice of power supply
- Sliding line power supply is divided into two types: unipolar sliding line and seamless sliding line. The unipole sliding contact line has a simple structure, low cost, convenient installation and easy maintenance. The installation form often adopts three-phase three-wire or three-phase four-wire system, so that it can withstand a larger current. The conductors of single-pole trolley lines are made of aluminum alloy conductors or copper conductors, which have good electrical conductivity and low resistivity. In addition, the shell is made of high-insulation engineering plastics, in order to prolong the service life of trolley lines and improve the security and assurance.

2. The seamless sliding contact line is made of special material, with stable operation, high speed and low noise.
3. The installation bending radius of the seamless sliding contact line is small, and the minimum bending radius is 750mm. - Cable reels include spring-type and electric cable reels. When the cable reel does not exceed 120 meters or the cable size is within 25 square millimeters, use the spring-type cable reel. Otherwise, choose the electric cable reel.
