1-20T LDA Type Single Beam Crane Simple Operation And Convenient

The LDA Series is a basic crane with a 32 ton capacity, designed for everyday use. LDA type single girder overhead crane is widely used in plants warehouses,material storage to lift goods because of their characteristics of strong rigidity, delicate operation, low noise, no pollution, safety and reliability. Applicable scope: environment as no fire, no explosive danger and no corrosive media exist. And the work system is between A3, the temperature is between -25°C ~+40°C, the wetness is no higher than 85%. It is prohibited to use the equipment in the combusitible, explosive or corrosives environment. This product has two operational methods:ground or operational room which has open model and closed model and can be installed on left or right side according to the practical situation. And the direction of entering the gate has two forms ,sideway and ends in order to satisfy the users different conditions.

Advantage of crane main beam/girder

The U shape slot with high precise is made by cold bend one-step forming technology, which avoid polish, cutting and welding etc. such complicated production process, it can reduce the deformation of single beam/girder overhead crane during loading and transportation, thus, it can ensure the precise of main beam/girder, reduce the welding stress and welding fatigue during travelling. Meanwhile, it greatly increases the strength of whole crane, improve working efficiency and appearance quality.

End carriages

The end carriage mainly consists of drive and driven wheels, long travelling motor, reducer and buffer.

Crane wheel

Wheels are vacuum casting and medium frequency quenching, increase the hardness, toughness, more wear resistant and strong anti deformation ability.

Wire rope electric hoist

Wire rope electric hoist is the lifting equipment of the crane, it can lift goods up and down, travel along the crane from the left side to the right side. It can also travel on the I-beam or H-beam.
It mainly consists of electric trolley, drum, lifting motor, travelling motor, reducer, hook, wire rope, rope guide device, lifting limit switch, weight overload limiter etc.
According to the lifting speed, the wire rope electric hoist divides into two types: CD type and MD type.
CD type is single lifting speed, which is widely used. MD type is double lifting speed realized by double speed motor, one is normal speed, the other is slow speed. This type is suitable to lift precise instrument, fragile and valuable objects.
