Product Description Of U Type Double Girder Gantry Crane:
Rail mounted container gantry crane is composed with double girder frame, vertical legs, crane traveling end truck, and the top running trolley and special lifting spreader for lifting 20’, 40’ and 45’ container.
This Rail mounted container gantry crane is also called RMG, which is special for lifting and transferring container in container yard and railway port. The legs are designed vertical to ground only for allowing containers to go through legs from span to cantilever.
Cart is designed as rotary type, which is stable for loading and unloading in every direction. But the cart could also be designed as non-rotary type with rotary spreader to realize container rotation.
According to the heavy duty working condition, this model crane is designed as all-weather working condition, with M6~M8(ISO) working duty and fast speeds with frequency inverter. The working temperature is from -40℃ to 40℃, there is no problem to use in low temperature environment.
This model gantry crane is designed under GB regulation, passed ISO, CE certification.
