Hook bridge crane is a general bridge crane which is widely used in the lifting machinery.Its lifting capacity is from 5tons to 450/80tons,and its working duty is A3~A8 according to the frequency of usage.It is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting work in factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient temperature is -20℃～40℃ and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive gas.
QC type electromagnetic bridge crane has the same basic structure with the QD type hook bridge crane . The difference is that the hook hanging a DC lifting electromagnetic suction cup, used to lift the magnetic conductivity of ferrous metals and their cargos. Through the cabin room installed in the silicon controlled DC box will be AC power conversion to DC power, and then through the special cable reel located on the trolley, the DC power with a cable to the electromagnetic suction cup.
The lifting capacity of the QC type electromagnetic bridge crane is from 5tons to 16tons(but can be customized according to your needs), its working duty is A6(heavy duty).Generally, it used in the places like steel mills; Any place where magnetic conductive objects need to be lifted.(Application)
Product configuration:
QC type Electromagnetic bridge crane is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge,a trolley traveling mechanism, a crane traveling mechanism and an electrical control system. The lifting mechanism is a magnet.
Track is laid on the main beam for the trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main girder is welded with the box-shaped end girder, and the end girder is arranged with joints, bolts or pin connections for the crane to be disassembled and transported.
The control method has three ways mainly: pendant line button control, wireless remote control and aerial cabin control, generally standard way is cabin control.
There are two types of cabin : open and closed, with adjustable seats, insulating pads on the bottom plate, and tempered glass for window glass. Air conditioners, sounders, walkie-talkies and other items can be configured according to users’ requirements.
