Main Features

Main features
The main girder and end girder are welded box girder structures, the lower flange plate is used as the electric hoist running track, and the main girder and end girder are connected by high-strength bolts, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation.
The lifting mechanism adopts a new type of electric hoist, which is compact in structure and easy to maintain. It adopts the C-type structure in which the motor and the reel are arranged in parallel, and the motor, reducer, reel and lifting limit switch are integrated design, and the main transmission parts are all exposed, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The shell adopts a rod-shaped frame structure, that is, the reducer and the electric control box are connected by a round rod to form the main body of the hoist. Only by replacing the round rods of different lengths, it can adapt to the needs of different drum lengths and different lifting heights. The suspension trolley adopts a side-hung form of low building height and is controlled by a frequency converter.
