The MC Type Electromagnetic Double Girder Gantry Crane is mainly composed of Portal steel structure,lifting trolley,magnet system,cabin and cable and electrical control equipment, etc.

Steel structure is mainly composed of main beam, legs,ground beam, connecting beam, accessories and so on. The main beam adopts double main beam rectangular section, and the track is laid on the plane of the main beam for the trolley to run. The legs adopt box type variable section, and the legs are connected with the main beam by flange bolts.

The crane traveling mechanism has 8 wheels in total, 4 walking wheels on both sides of the track. The main girders of the crane are equipped with walking platform, protective railings and protective plates meet the corresponding national standards.

The power supply of the crane is AC 380V 50Hz or customized voltage,power supply system can be cable and cable drum or air bus bar system. Trolley adopts festoon cable and I beam cable pulley. The crane is also equipped with overload protection and the limit switch of each mechanism and other safety protection devices.

There are full field of view Cabin suspend under the main girder, there are joint control desk installed in the Cabin, The main girder joint with the two side end carriage with welding joint.
