QC Electromagnet Double Girder Overhead Crane with removable electric disk, especially suitable for metallurgical plants in indoor or outdoor fixed cross heavy loading and unloading and handling of magnetic ferrous metal products and materials. In the machinery factory, warehouse is also commonly used to carry steel, iron, scrap iron, scrap steel, iron filings and other materials.

The machine is composed of five parts: box bridge, cart running mechanism, trolley, electrical equipment and electric disk. All the mechanisms are operated in the operating room, with rain proof equipment when used in the open air.

The basic structure of the electromagnetic bridge crane is the same as the hook bridge crane, the difference is that the hook is hung with a DC lifting electromagnet, used to lift with magnetic black metal and its products. It is usually through the electric generator set on the bridge walk or the controllable DC box installed in the driver's room to change the AC power supply into DC power supply, and then through the special cable drum set in the car frame, the DC power supply with flexible cable to the lifting electromagnet.
