Overview:
1. Reasonable equipment structure: The LH electric hoist bridge crane (referred to as the hoist double beam crane) series is composed of four main components: bridge, trolley, cart and electric. The fixed wire rope electric hoist is used as the lifting mechanism (main Hooks and auxiliary hooks), installed on a centrally driven double-track trolley, and a crane used in conjunction with a double-beam bridge;
2. Multiple control modes coexist: there are 3 modes of ground operation, wireless operation, and operation room operation. There are two types of operating room, open type and closed type, which can be divided into left-mounted and right-mounted according to the actual situation. There are three types of entry directions: side, end, and top;
3. The components are closely coordinated: the operation of each mechanism of the crane is coordinated with the electric control equipment by the master controller in the frame room and the ground control button box to realize the starting, adjustment, reversing and braking of the motors of each mechanism.
4. Various equipment specifications: lifting weight is 5~50t/10t, span is 10~32m, working class is A3~A5, temperature range is 120℃~40℃, power grid fluctuation is ±10%.
