QL type Rovolving electromagnetic hanging girder bridge crane is one of the derived categories of general-purpose bridge cranes, and it is one of the mechanical equipment for short-distance material handling in modern industrial production. It is widely used in workshops, warehouses and other places, which greatly reduces the physical labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
 
This kind of crane is a mechanical equipment for loading, unloading and handling materials in the span. It usually consists of a metal structure, a lifting trolley (hanging beam), a cart operating mechanism and an electrical control. And the hanging beam, the hoisting mechanism drives the two drum groups to complete the lifting and lowering of the electromagnetic hanging beam under the two hooks after decelerating through the two reducers. All agencies have cab or wireless remote control.
 
The crane is equipped with a rotatable hanging beam, which is suitable for indoor or open-air fixed spans such as steel mills, shipyards, ports, yards and warehouses to load, unload and transport materials such as steel plates, section steel, and coils. It is especially suitable for lifting and transporting different specifications and occasions requiring horizontal rotation. The hanging beam is a cross structure, which is reliable and safe, and has a certain anti-sway function. Special spreaders such as electromagnetic suction cups and clamps can be carried under the hanging beam.
 
The ambient working temperature of the crane is generally in the range of -20~40 degrees Celsius, and it is not suitable for places with strong corrosive gases and inflammable and explosive places. When used in the open air, rainproof equipment must be provided.
