Application Scope with Vacuum Furnace:

The vacuum water quenching furnace features a dual-chamber horizontal structure and utilizes a water-based quenching medium, offering extremely fast cooling rates. However, due to the incompatibility of water and high vacuum, its design poses significant challenges. This furnace is primarily used for vacuum water-quenching solid solution treatment of materials such as ferroalloys and high-temperature alloys.

 

Product Features with Vacuum Furnace:

This equipment is designed with a specific furnace type dedicated to alloy solid solution treatment. This furnace type adopts a dual-chamber structure, comprising a heating chamber and a quenching chamber, separated by a gate valve. The heating chamber can be equipped with graphite or molybdenum as heating elements and insulation materials, while diffusion pumps can be optionally configured based on the type of material being processed. The furnace utilizes a specially designed feeding mechanism and unique operating processes, addressing issues such as corrosion of the transmission mechanism, oxidation in the heating chamber, and excessive water vapor extraction in the quenching chamber.
