Basic Functions with Vacuum Testing Equipment:

After connecting the refrigeration oil injection gun to the compressor interface, it can automatically complete a cycle of compressor oil filling, including pre-degassing of refrigeration oil, compressor vacuuming, and oil filling functions;

The equipment has an empty tank identification function. If the liquid level in the oil tank is lower than the set value, the equipment will automatically issue an alarm signal.

The equipment has both automatic and manual operation modes.

Flow Detection System

Equipped with a high-precision flow meter, it can accurately measure the amount of compressor oil dispensed.

Filling Gun

The filling gun adopts a three-channel design including evacuation channel, oil filling channel, and nitrogen blowing channel. It also has an oil droplet prevention feature, which can process residual oil from the filling gun head after filling to prevent oil leakage.

The filling gun is equipped with an anti-loosening safety device.

Electrical Control System

The entire system is controlled by a PLC, and the electrical control system displays various information on a touchscreen.
