Product Introduction: It's a direct-cooled plate airtight helium leak detector with processes like loading, scanning, evacuation, leak detection, helium filling, and unloading. It detects helium signals to determine workpiece leakage and can switch to suction gun mode for leak point location.
Product Features:
Frame and Cover Plate Unit: Main frame is iron/aluminum profiles, cover plates are painted iron in national standard light gray (RAL 7035).
Vacuum Pumping Unit: Comprises vacuum pumps, measurement systems, valves, and piping.
Helium Recovery Unit: Made of buffer tank, compressor, low-pressure vessel, valves, and piping to recover helium.
Helium Filling Unit: Has high-pressure helium tank, valves, and piping. Filling pressure adjustable from 0 to 4 MPa with auto shutdown.
Automatic Helium Replenishment Function Module: Adds fresh helium when system level is low.
Helium Concentration Monitoring Unit: Monitors and controls helium filling with online real-time monitor.
Leak Detection Unit: Has vacuum chamber detection and suction gun location modes.
