Work process description:

1. The operator puts the work piece in the fixture of vacuum chamber, press the start button. The vacuum chamber door will automatically close.

2. The system will automatically perform gross leak test.

3. Helium is charged to the test piece to a preset value. The system will automatically perform fine leak test.

4. After the test, the system recovers helium from the work piece.

5. Air is charged to the chamber to a pressure of 1atm.

6. The operator unload the work piece from the chamber.
