Working Principle of Vacuum Filter
Rotary drum vacuum filter machine adopts vacuum suction method to achieve solid particles and liquid separation.When working, the rotary drum is driven by a speed-regulating motor to rotate in the slurry tank, and the vacuum pump creates a vacuum inside the rotary drum,Under the action of differential pressure,the suspended solution of the material forms a uniform coating on the surface of the drum,When it reaches a certain thickness, the pneumatic scraper will scrape down the starch, the filtrate into the soda separator, so as to achieve the purpose of starch, water, gas separation.
