Main Features of Peeler Machine

1. Cassava peeling machine is composed of equipment rack,uper cover,grinding roller sets in the shell,pushing screw,flushing devices, powerplants for grinding roller sets and pushing screw.
2. According to the difference in material or skin,rovoling speed of pushing screw id adjustable which changes material friction time on grinding roller to achieve supposed peeling effect .This cassava peeling machine could continuously peel cassave ,which creats better peeling efficiency,better peeling effect ,and better quality of final product.

Working principle of peeler machine

The material enters the arc-shaped passage from the front feeding port, during which the sand roller sets arranged in arcs rub each other, rotate and roll themselves, and move backward under the push of the spiral. When it reaches the rear feeding port, the skin has been removed. According to the material and the skin, it can adjust the spiral speed of material pushing and change the rubbing time of material on the sand roller, so as to achieve the expected effect of peeling.
