Desand hydrate cyclone  is mainly used in removing sand ,mud from starch slurry, cassava slurry ,potato slurry after crushing.It is widely used in

Working principle

Desand equipment is used to desand material based on the theory of centrifugal separation .Because of the water inlet pipe installed on the

eccentric position of the cylinder , when water goes into water inlet pipe through cyclone sand , firstly form downward surrounding fluid along the

surrounding tangential direction and move down round . Water current turns upward rotation along cylinder axis as reaches a certain part of the

cone. Finally water discharges from the water outlet pipe . The sundries fall into bottom conical slag bucket along the cone wall under the force of

fluid inertial centrifugal force and gravity . The cone bottom has components to prevent sundries from rising up. The sundries can outflow under

the water current effect as long as you open the manual valve when the sundries in the slag bucket reaches a certain extent.

Main technical parameters

There are four steps to making starch

1. Cleaning:To remove the stone sand and from the raw materia.

2. Crushing :To destroys the fiber structure and makes the starch particles free.

3. Separator:To removing sand ,mud from starch slurry, degreasing, microslag separation, protein separation, washing and concentration of all

kinds of starch and modified starch emulsion.

4. Drying and Packing:To dehydrator the wet starch, sifter and packaged.
