Overview of Inconel X-750 nickel-based superalloy:
Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly nickel-based superalloy which is age-strengthened with γ ′ [Ni3 (Al, Ti, Nb)] phase. The strength is below 540 ℃, it has good resistance to relaxation, and also has good formability and welding performance. The alloy is mainly used to manufacture parts such as ring parts, structural parts and bolts that require high strength and corrosion resistance when working below 800 ℃, and planes with moderate or low stress and sag resistance that work below 540 ℃. Springs and coil springs. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as turbine turbine blades. Available varieties are plate, strip, bar, forging, ring, wire and pipe.
