Non-standard Carton Box Folder Gluer Machine

Functional Specifications:

1. Pressure model folder gluer is new-designed for non-standard carton boxes, adopt manual folding, less space, easy to operate, suitable for normal cartons or non-standard boxes, which could not be done with normal folder gluer.
2. The glue quantity just about 1/3 and capacity about 3~4 times, compared with manual gluing, save glue & labor and high-efficiency, the adhesive-banded joint firmly and tidy fixed, without overflow of glue.
3. Gluing Unit: adopt stainless steel glue-tube, avoid rustiness & corrosion, gluing wheels could process different kinds of carton boxes.
4. Automatic feeding and gluing, manual folding, automatic pressing and output.
5. Gluing head on both sides, could make two different carton boxes in one process.
6. Two-piece carton box, long conveyor for several workers to improve efficiency as optional.
