Description:
TZM is one kind molybdenum alloy with titanium and zirconium as alloy elements. At present, TZM (mo-0.5% ti-0.008% Zr) and TZC (mo-1.25% ti-0.15% zr-0.15% carbon) are widely used. When the temperature exceeds 1300 ° C, the strength of TZM is twice that of pure molybdenum. The recrystallization temperature of TZM is about 250'c higher than that of molybdenum and has better welding performance.
TZM alloy is widely used in many fields because of its high melting point, high strength, good elastic modulus, low coefficient of linear expansion, low vapor pressure, good conductivity, strong corrosion resistance and good high temperature mechanical properties.
TZM can be made into pieces, rods and parts of various shapes. In addition to molybdenum, the size of thin foil is basically the same as molybdenum. At present, the thickness we can roll is less than 0.2mm.
