Characteristics of Molybdenum Tube
Molybdenum tubes include seamed molybdenum tubes and seamless molybdenum tubes. Seamed molybdenum tubes are rolled with molybdenum sheets and are welded or riveted. For molybdenum tubes with thin wall thickness, we recommend seamed molybdenum tubes.
In addition to pure molybdenum tubes, we also provide high-performance molybdenum alloy tubes, including TZM tubes and molybdenum lanthanum alloy tubes (high-temperature molybdenum tubes). According to the customer's requirements, provide molybdenum tubes with different processes and sizes. Compared with pure Mo tube, TZM tube and high temperature molybdenum tube have stronger creep resistance, higher recrystallization temperature and better thermal stability. Our molybdenum alloy pipes can be used below 1800 degrees.
For molybdenum target tubes or molybdenum tubes with special density requirements, we use hot isostatic pressing technology.
Applications of Molybdenum Tube
Molybdenum pipes are mainly used in thermocouple protection tubes in high-temperature furnaces, supports in sapphire single crystal furnaces and high-temperature sintering furnaces, molybdenum tube targets used in TFT-LCD, and sputtered rotating tungsten molybdenum tube targets used in the coating of copper indium gallium selenium clgs and cadmium telluride thin-film solar cells.
