Tungsten Copper Alloy Plate Introduction:

Tungsten copper alloy plate is a composite material refined by the process of static pressure forming, high temperature sintering and copper infiltration by taking advantage of the excellent metal properties of high-purity tungsten powder and the plasticity and high conductivity of high-purity copper powder.

Tungsten copper alloy has the characteristics of small coefficient of thermal expansion, no softening at high temperature, high density, high hardness and high strength.

 

Tungsten Copper Alloy Plate Applications:

Tungsten copper alloy is widely used as electrical materials (divided into electrical contact materials and electrical processing materials), instantaneous high temperature materials and military armor breaking materials. As an electrode, tungsten copper alloy has the characteristics of low electrode material loss and high material removal rate, which greatly improves the machining accuracy and efficiency; As some instantaneous high-temperature materials, tungsten copper alloy can use its own copper liquid evaporation to take away part of the heat and ensure the normal operation of the work. 

 

When the tungsten copper alloy plate is used for the electrode of the high-voltage discharge tube, when the high-voltage vacuum discharge tube is working, the temperature of the contact material will rise by thousands of degrees Celsius in a few tenths of a second, while the ablation resistance, high toughness, good conductivity and thermal conductivity of tungsten copper provide necessary conditions for the stable operation of the discharge tube.
