Introduction of High Temperature Molybdenum Rod
Like other Mo-La alloy products, high-temperature molybdenum rods are mixed with powder and pressed. It is sintered, forged and then processed. The high-temperature molybdenum rod supplied by Sanhui has the advantages of high compactness, low impurity content, good processing performance and long service life.

According to different requirements of customers, our company can provide black high-temperature molybdenum rod, polished high-temperature molybdenum rod, and alkali washed high-temperature molybdenum rod.
 
Applications of Molybdenum Rods
Molybdenum rod can be used to manufacture electric vacuum devices and electric light source parts, as well as high-temperature heating body, high-temperature structural parts, electrodes, etc.

Classification of Molybdenum Rods 

Classification by material

① Pure molybdenum rod: molybdenum content is more than 99.95%.

② High temperature molybdenum rod (molybdenum lanthanum alloy rod): it contains 0.4 ~ 1.2% lanthanum, and the molybdenum content is the surplus except impurities.

③ TZM molybdenum rod: 0.4 ~ 0.6ti, 0.07 ~ 0.12zr, 0.01 ~ 0.05c.
