Description of the stainless steel mesh
Micron SS wire mesh usually refers to a fine open mesh made of thin wires and precision holes. We offer two types of micron filters: braided wire micron mesh and sintered micron mesh.
Micron mesh material and general dimensions:
Material: stainless steel wire 201, 202, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 430, etc.
Standard roll width: 1 to 48 inches
Standard roll length: 30m to 100"
Grid: 1-635mesh
Wire diameter: 0.05-1.5mm (usually 0.25-0.80mm)
Micron stainless steel wire mesh is a surface filter type medium. It is made by weaving a specific wire in a predetermined pattern to form holes of different shapes and sizes. Ordinary square, twill square, plain Dutch and twill Dutch patterns are common weave patterns.
Technical Description:
Standard width stainless steel wire mesh: 1 or 48 inches; stainless steel wire mesh with an additional roll width of 4 meters is also available.
Stainless steel wire mesh with standard roll length: 30 m or 100'.
Plain weave description:
Plain weave is a commonly used weaving method. The warp, the length of the wire mesh and the weft are determined, parallel to the width, intersecting each other, alternating one at the top and below, forming a 90° angle with each other.
The solid woven wire mesh can have a square or rectangular opening.
Plain weave mesh clothing is a basic component of filters, food colanders, chemicals, shielding, mosquito nets and other production.
