The roller surface length: 100-4000mm

Material: seamless 45 steel

Hardness: ≥ HRC55

Chrome thickness: 0.05-0.08mm

Circular run-out accuracy: less than 0.025mm

Contour accuracy: less than 0.02mm

Pressure roll is beneath the corrugating roll. It exerts pressure upon the lower corrugating roll, which sticks the cardboard paper and the top of the corrugating roll tightly. Because of the direct touch between the surface of pressure roll and cardboard paper, the surface of pressure roll should be cleaned frequently.

Our pressure roll can be regrind 3-4 times because of it's deeper harden layer and thicker barrel thickness. We will design appropriate crown to match with corrugating rolls. That's one of key points for a good quality paperboard.
