Portable Toilet Cabin Made of Demountable Flat Pack Container house

Ablution container is our main product, and it is also our most popular product.
For its high using and cleaning frequency, especially high waterproof requirements
for floor, we have a typical treatment for it to make sure the bathroom
can serve you as longer than 15 years.

1. Instead of the fireproof MGO board, we used 15 mm thick cement board, and then put the structural adhesive on the gap between the cement board;

2. After the glue is put, spread a layer of waterproof SBS asphalt felt, and then continue to put structural adhesive on the gaps;

3. Finally, instead of the PVC floor leather, we used 1.5 mm thick Aluminum pattern plate.
The advantage of this plate is that it is wear-resistant and waterproof. Because for the bathroom, your worker may use some disinfectant, detergent, etc. to clean the floor.
If using PVC, it is not resistant to corrosion and easily damaged. But for the Aluminum plate, which is corrosion-resistant metal, does not oxidize and rust, is durable and easy to clean and is simple to install.
( Pls note when installing the Aliminium plate near the wall, the plate should be bent about 10-20 cm, the purpose is to prevent water overflow in the bathroom and corrode the wall panel);

4. We added floor drain to facilitate quick drainage and exhaust fan to improve the air in the room;

5. We increased purlins under the close stool to support the weight of the toilet and people.
