tungsten steel alloy punch needle punch mould wearproof precision
Tungsten steel, also known as cemented carbide, is a sintered composite material consisting of at least one metal carbide.
The grain size of the carbide component (or phase) is usually between 0.2 and 10 microns, and the carbide grains are held together with a metal binder.
Bonder usually refers to metal drill (CO), but for some special uses, nickel (Ni), iron (Fe), or other metals and alloys may also be used.
Tungsten steel (hard alloy) has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃C temperature is basically unchanged, at 800℃ C still has a very high hardness.
