AT & BT series are monocomponent high-temperature baked F-rubber (rubber cement) coating composition.

Method of application:
Stir evenly before applying, use screen cloth with mesh of 200,
use butyl ester or isophorone for dilution if with high viscosity,
isophorone is recommended to use for silk screen coating or high-temperature weather.
The coating surface shall be treated with chemical or physical method,
metal surface shall be derusted and degreased,
plastic surface shall be degreased and polished first and then greased again.
Acetone is recommended for greasing, solvents are different for
different plastics, glass fiber, polyester, Kevlar with large density shall be greased,
cotton cloth and nylon can be coated directly.
Coating method: brush coating, roller coating, silk-screen coating, dip-coating etc.
Dip-coating or roller coating is recommended for fiber cloth.
Solidification: air-drying and stoving within 80℃, drying rate should not be too fast, otherwise,
surface blisters shall easily form especially for thick coating.
5~10 minutes of solidification within temperature range of 165~200℃for thin coating.
Solidification within temperature range of 165~200℃ and pressure above 3kgs
for coating with more than 0.3mm thickness and fiber cloth coating.
For better performance, all products should be solidified again in 4~20 hours within temperature range of 200~250℃.
