Application: Suitable for oil and solvent resistant sealing products
(O-ring, gasket, umbrella valve sealing ring, diaphragm, valve lining, sensor materials, etc.)
Processing suggestion:
A variety of peroxides may be used to vulcanize the fluorosilicone rubber.
Processors should choose their own vulcanizing agents according to their own requirements for product characteristics, processing technology and safety considerations.
The vulcanizing agent should be mixed with fluorosilicone rubber.
The optimum curing time should be determined by the processing method and the size of the vulcanized product.
Use method:
Add 0.6 ~ 0.8 copies of vulcanizing agent (double 25-5 is recommended)
One-stage vulcanization: 170℃×15 minutes; Two-stage vulcanization: 200℃×4 hours
If the customer needs other curing temperature, must change the curing system.
Product packaging:
In plastic bags of ten kilos each and two bags to a carton.
Store in room temperature ventilated and dry environment, valid for one year.
Notes:
1. The product has cold flow, so the packaging bag should be avoided to be damaged during transportation and use.
2. The product should be neutral and avoid contact with acidic or alkaline substances.
