Frequency And Voltage

50Hz or 60Hz as per customer’s request. Voltage from 380 ~ 690V ,

190V ~ 345V , 220 ~ 400V , serial star , parralle star and serial delta

connection are available , All three-phase generators are

12-lead reconnectable , providing voltage and phase flexibilit .

Insulation and Protection

Insulation : H , Protection : IP21-23

The components such as rotor and exciter are specially impregnated

with tropical grade insulating oil and acid resisting polyest resin .

Providing the high build required for static winging and the high

mechanical strength required for rotating components .

Voltage Regulators

With this self-excited system the main stator provides power via the

Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) to the exciter stator . The high

efficiency semi-conductors of the AVR ensure positive build up from initial low

levels of residual voltage . The exciter rotor output is fed to the main rotor through

a three-phase full-wave bridge rectifier . The rectifier is protected by a surge

suppressor against surges caused, for example,by short circuit or out-of-phase

paralleling .

The model we use including : MX321 , MX341 , AS440 , SX440 , SX460 , etc .

Brushless apparatus and quality AVR ensure little radio interference in transmission .

RFI noise filter is also available.

2 . The silicon steel sheet we use is the products of Wugang Brand,800 Series.which is the

most famous manufacture of steel.And its advantage is its magnetic flux is large and its

iron loss is small.
