The SD6536 petroleum product distillation apparatus is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese national standards GB/T 6536 "Determination of Distillation of Petroleum Products" and GB/T 7534-2004 "Determination of Boiling Range of Volatile Organic Liquids for Industrial Use." It is suitable for distillation testing of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuels, and similar petroleum products according to GB/T 6536, as well as for boiling range determination of industrial volatile organic liquids and raw material organic solvents in compliance with GB/T 7534.
The distillation range refers to the temperature range representing the evaporation characteristics from the initial boiling point to the final boiling point obtained by distilling the oil product under specified conditions.
Boiling range: The initial boiling temperature is the temperature at which the first drop of liquid begins to condense in the condenser during distillation, while the final boiling temperature is the temperature when the distillation is nearly complete. The interval between these two temperatures is referred to as the boiling range.
The petroleum product distillation apparatus is used to measure the boiling range of industrial volatile organic liquids and organic solvents for raw materials.
