SH116 Lubricating grease Washing Test Machine

The SH116 grease water resistance tester is designed to measure the resistance of grease to water splashing in accordance with SH/T 0109-2004 "Determination of Water Resistance of Grease" and ASTM D1264 standards. It evaluates the ability of grease to resist being washed out of bearings under specified experimental conditions at 38°C and 79°C, serving as a new product assessment tool.
Lubricant water resistance: The water resistance of grease refers to its ability to withstand water impact in operating bearings, while its spray resistance indicates its capability to resist water mist impact on a flat surface.
Performance Features:
● The water bath temperature through the PT100 sensor (resistance temperature measurement package) input to the temperature controller, temperature controller internal operation circuit processing, obtain a control signal, the control signal output, so as to complete the heating control.
● The amount of water jet can be directly controlled by circulating pump, large flow valve, nozzle, etc.
● Utilizes electric heating rod for rapid heating
● Select ball bearings according to standards, with timers accurate to 0.1S
