Rectangular Duct Forming Machine Ⅱ / Auto duct coil line Ⅱ / consists of a metal coil feeding device (2 sets un-coiler with 4 coils plates), leveler and grooving rolls (flatting & beading), angle notching device, cutting equipment.
The electrical control system uses a computer which combines with a closed-loop servo-system to increase the precision and stabilization of the line. Full ducting manufacturing functions can be actualized depend on the software.
The square duct auto-line maximum working speed can be 16m/min, and adjustable. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.8 mm. The feeding frame can be set as the customer’s requirement.
With its lower investment and line working highly-efficient, the duct manufacturing equipment is suitable for a medium sized duct factory specially. Rectangular duct manufacture auto coil line is special for manufacture making HVAC square air ductwork from GI metal sheet coil.

Usage Features
Duct Manufacture Auto Line Ⅱcan be used for ducting production, either a stand alone system or the start of a complete automatic fabricating system. If the duct manufacture system combines a T-12, Pittsburgh lock machine, folder and shaped clip, high quality ducts can be easily produced. TDF (transverse duct snap flange system) or TDC flange system are all applied.
We can make the different max width and coil different max weight according to clients’ requirement
