TDF (Transverse Duct Flange) TDF is a flanging machine that consists of forming a flange profile on the duct ends, hence made out of a sheet from which the duct is fabricated.

The transverse duct flange connections also can enable the fast, cost-effective and tight connection of rectangular air ducts. Almost any size and sealing class is possible.

The normal high of this flange is 34±0.5mm, TDF corner with 4-bolt connection systems allow for the appropriate connecting frame to be produced for every requirement (duct size, volume flow, pressure ratios, air tightness). Flanges and corners are also available made of stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316) or GI steel.
