Working Principle
When the waste acid gas enters into thepurification tower via the air pipe, it willfully contact with the absorbing liquid aqueous sodium hydroxide through the filing layer, and generating the neutralization reaction.After the waste acid gas being purified, it can escape intothe atmosphere by the fan when being demisted. The absorbing liquid will be sprayed down from the top of the tower after boosted by the pump at the bottom of the tower, finally return to the tower bottom for recycled use. The purified waste acid gas is lower than the national discharge standard.

Structure Composition
The customized dust catcher are composed by the filter chamber housing, clean air chamber enclosure, filter bag, filter cage, pulse injection device, ash hopper, screw conveyor and discharger, etc. At the end, it needs centrifugal fan for power system. In another type of dust catcher, the dedusting job can be done by every chamber isolation. The every chamber of the pulse and soot cleaning cycle by soot cleaning program controller.

- High-quality steel wire, multi-point welding automatic production line, galvanized protection treatment process, the filter bag frame produced has high strength and rigidity, without welding burrs, which reduces the mechanical wear of the filter bag and prolongs its service life;
- The installation and maintenance mode of the uncovered cover, the filter bag replacement is quick and convenient;
- DMC pulse bag filter adopts PLC or special program controller to control pulse dust removal, which is reliable in operation and high in automation.
